The Cosmic AI Platform Evolution

In August, we introduced the Cosmic AI Platform, marking our evolution from a content management solution to a comprehensive AI-powered application development and deployment platform. This release fundamentally changed how teams build and ship applications—using natural language, in minutes.

Key capabilities launched:

AI Content Studio — Intelligent content generation and management at scale

AI Agents: Autonomous Assistants

In December, we unveiled AI Agents—autonomous assistants that build features, generate content, and automate workflows without constant supervision. This represented a major leap forward in AI-enabled content operations, allowing teams to delegate complex tasks to intelligent agents that understand context and execute autonomously.

Google Gemini Integration

Gemini 3 Pro and Gemini 3 Pro Image brought:

1M token context windows for processing massive amounts of information
64K max output tokens for extensive content generation
Native 4K image generation with reference image support
Advanced reasoning capabilities built for agentic workflows

Claude Model Updates

We added support for Claude Sonnet 4, 4.5, and Opus 4.5, providing teams with cutting-edge language models optimized for different use cases—from rapid iteration to deep reasoning tasks.

🎨 Content Creation & Collaboration

Cosmic Content Assistant

In April, we launched the Cosmic Content Assistant—an AI-powered tool that creates SEO-friendly blog posts, social media content, and marketing copy at your fingertips. This tool dramatically accelerated content production workflows across thousands of projects.

Comments & Collaborative Feedback

We introduced Comments to elevate team collaboration with targeted feedback, @mentions, and threaded discussions directly within the Cosmic Dashboard. Teams can now coordinate content reviews without leaving their workflow.

Brand Guidelines

In October, we launched Brand Guidelines—a powerful AI feature that maintains consistent branding across all your content. Define your brand voice, style, and guidelines once, and let AI ensure every piece of content aligns with your identity.

⚡ Performance & Infrastructure

500x Faster API Performance

In October, we rolled out infrastructure optimizations that made API queries 100-500x faster, along with dashboard speed improvements and deployment access logs. Our global CDN now delivers sub-100ms API responses worldwide.

Real-Time Streaming

We introduced real-time AI text generation with streaming capabilities in March, enabling progressive content delivery as it's generated. Simply add "stream: true" to experience AI content creation in real-time.

Security Updates

We automatically updated all Next.js applications to Next.js 16.0.7 and React 19.0.1 in December, ensuring every project benefits from the latest security patches and performance improvements.

Revision APIs

New Revision APIs launched in March for programmatic content history management. Track, manage, and restore content with full access to revision history and version control.

Cosmic AI in the API

In March, we made Cosmic AI available in the API and SDK, enabling developers to generate high-quality text and images directly through our API endpoints.

Enhanced Dashboard Features

Throughout the year, we shipped numerous dashboard improvements:

Expanded Free Tier

In August, we increased free token limits by 30x—now offering 300,000 input and 300,000 output tokens on the free tier. This massive expansion enables developers to build more ambitious projects without cost constraints.
